**Move-In Requirements:**

3. If you do not have a source of income from employment and are not a university student, you must have 5 weeks as deposit plus a UK homeowner guarantor.

**Additional Information:**

- Minimum term of 6 months (Short-term tenancy incurs an additional charge of:
3 months - £30
4 months - £25
5 months - £20

- No pets allowed (except support animals with proper documentation)

- Designated smoking area in the rear garden (smoking indoors is prohibited)

- Single occupancy only (couples not accepted)
