It's a relaxed household - although we do try to keep noise to a minimum after 11pm for the benefit of those working early, and we're pretty courteous when it comes to having guests to stay so that we don't get under each other's feet.

It has been renovated to a good standard and all bills are included in the price of the room as well as internet connection; plus a cleaner comes once a fortnight to clean the common areas. There is a lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room with washing machine and laundry hanger, and a garden to the rear.
