The property
The entrance offers a spacious cloakroom area leading through to a beautiful open plan kitchen and lounge. This room has large windows overlooking the park. Room Details
Bedroom one is a large bedroom to the rear of the property featuring an original range style fireplace. This is a spacious room and every thought has been given to the furnishings which include black out curtains for all the windows. The original windows have been secondary glazed to ensure that rooms are comfortable and noise is kept to a minimum. This bedroom has a large, well fitted en suite bathroom and also has a separate exit to the side of the building.

Bedroom two is a lovely light and spacious bedroom with large windows and high quality furnishings featuring the original fireplace and original built in pine cupboards. The new en suite bathroom as a large shower, toilet and hand basin as well as a heated towel radiator.
