There is use of the family bathroom which has a large shower and corner bath, shared kitchen with separate fridge and there can be use of the living room.

There is off road parking, large gardens, patio, use of the garage for some storage if required.

For a short term let or a couple, the room will be available at £450 per month.

I have cats, a dog and horses so preferably someone that likes animals.

The room is available from January 1st to June 30th, and possibly to the end of July.
