Bedroom is a good size with a Super King bed. The house is in the middle of the old village of Kirkella and near the Wheatsheaf pub. The house has off street parking, 2 down stairs living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large dining kitchen. A cleaner comes once a week to the property. No great requirements for the tenant, just be friendly, clean up after yourself and don’t make too much noise!
