You would have use of the kitchen, utility room, small shared study/sittingroom & large garden. There is ample off road parking.

Lockington is conveniently situated being 10 min drive from Beverley & Driffield, 30min from Hull & York. From Beverley railway station trains run frequently to Hull, which is a 20 min journey. It is also only a 20 mins drive to the M62.
Lockington is ideally placed for walking, running, birdwatching. It has the beautiful Wolds on its doorstep, as well as the Nor th York Moors & the East coast.
