we have now made and newly refurbished room (french style ) available.....
Also we have the ( Annex ) which has the TV bathroom its own lounge with plasma and bedroom. All rooms are fully furnished and have there own Plasma and all set out to a very high spec.

The owners who are a really friendly couple are also top rated cooks and family dining is available.

Secure parking through electric gates and vast gardens to walk and relax in.

We have 4 rooms available but we feel it is important that this is still a family atmosphere.

The Annex is available 7 days a week but we prefer the large double rooms to be occupied Monday to Friday ( weekends if working )
But we bespoke all our accommodation for each house guest so please ask re your requirements and we will endeavour to accommodate.

This is a perfect place to stay if you are working away from home and want the home comforts and more .

The location of the property is 20 mins from Hull centre.....Beverley is 25 mins centre.. we are 10 mins from Salt End BP works and approx 20 mins from Easington Gas Plant....( please note the google map does not show the best way to theses areas so we will show you the best route) the area is counrty roads and non of this stop start as in city centers.....by moving out into this direction may add a few extra miles on your journey but the benefits and comfort that we offer offset this we are told by our house guests.

We also provide all towels and launder them weekly along with fresh bedding

so no more having to shop and cook when you get home all done so all you do is chill
