Single room for rent in Skidby

I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room from Monday to Friday. Ideally a professional working away from home during the week. I'm happy to consider other options including different days of the week or Sun night to Friday am. The room won't be used by anyone else so you can leave your stuff there over the weekend.

I may consider letting to the right person 7 days a week at an additional cost.

Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden. Off road parking. 3 bed end terrace in a friendly village. This is my home and I would like anyone who chooses to live here to feel at home too.

Kitchen contains all the usual stuff - fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine etc.

The lounge/dining area has a dining table and there is a TV with freesat in the lounge.

Friendly quiet village location, within 5 mins drive of Castle Hill Hospital and close to Beverley.

Prospective occupants need to be comfortable around animals, as I have a cat, two horses and occasionally have a small dog to stay as well.

Gas, electricity, water, council tax and wifi are included in the rent.
