Hi I'm Ross, I am 24 years old, easy going and work in construction.

I have a spare room available to rent in the town of Snaith, located between Selby and Goole. This 2-bed is in a quiet location with off-road parking.

Snaith is a lovely town with a variety of pubs, eateries and all necessary amenities. It has great motorway links with Doncaster, Sheffield, York, Hull and Leeds.

As I will be working away during the week from November, I am looking for someone who would like to rent Monday-Friday, however I will consider a full time let. This would mean that you would have the property to yourself during the week which is a bonus of this property.

The room is priced at £100pw or £400pcm. This price includes all bills, council tax, TalkTalk broadband and TV Licence.
