I have just brought a house and I have a large double room to rent out.
It comes with large white fitted waredrobes and a brand new bed. There is also access to the main bathroom which will not be used by me as I have a e suite.
Large living room and dining area, and enclosed garden. Access to fully equipped new kitchen, the room is filling furnished with bed fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, chest of drawers lamps, curtains etc.
Located in a quiet lovely area of south cave with fields and a public footpath behind.
Pets will be considered.
