I am a non smoking household currently comprising of one working professional and 2 cats. So cat lover would be nice

The village has 2 pubs serving food (Closed due to Covid), garden centre, village shop/post office close by but also straight onto the riverbank and open countryside for runs, walks and cycling.

*Approx 2 miles from Beverley town centre and rail and bus stations and leisure centre, cinema and theatres.
*Regular buses to Beverley/Hull/Hornsea throughout the day.
*Cycle path route to Beverley.
*Approx 8 miles (20 mins by car) from University Of Hull (Cottingham Road)
