Friendly household.

I am a mature professional student in my 2nd year of a 3 yr educational psychology doctrate. I have an 18 year old daughter who is just about to go to university, although she is going to Hull but will be living in the Halls, so will still be visiting home often. The room is fairly small but the house, bathroom, kitchen and two living rooms are large areas. The garden is also big. I have recently hosted an Italian student which worked really well. I am fairly relaxed and have a fun and out going nature who enjoys being around people. I am looking for a professional person or a student who is clean, tidy and independent!
