Lovely 3 bed semi detached home close to Acklam Hall.

I had a live in lodger for 4 years and he has now moved on.

I plan to rent the whole property out in the future but I’m considering rental while I undertake improvements for the professional, or someone working at JCUH.

Should the right combination of people be found I may consider longer rental with SpareRoom

The house has three big bedrooms, a shared bath/shower room and a separate toilet. Shared kitchen, living room with log burner, a separate dining room, along with a lovely enclosed garden, so plenty of space to not be on each others laps.

I rarely live at the property due to work, and therefore would ideally look at an individual who is tidy and trustworthy.

I will be having some work done over the coming months to the property, but that shouldn’t impact you too much.
