Entire barn conversion to let

I have a lovely barn conversion for rent! I am working away for three months so looking for someone to live in the house, I will be back in September and would consider a house share after this time. Beautiful log burner in the living room! Located in a lovely village 20 mins from Harrogate or ripon! Pub just around the corner. My house is full of oak beams and lots of character!
I have one cat that is outdoor toilet trained so no litter etc but would need feeling once a day (food would be provided) he is very self sufficient and spend most his time outside
You would have the whole house to yourselves apart from my bedroom which will be locked as I won’t be there.

The house has two private parking spaces outside the house, wifi, bath and shower, dishwasher and washing machine. It is fully furnished!
