I have a double bedroom to rent in my property.

There is a shared bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Shared kitchen and living room. There is off street parking and garden at front and back

Currently looking for a house mate to rent the room.

There is currently a double bed in there and room for other furniture

I work from home so I am here most of the time except evenings.
property is within easy commute to York, Leeds, Doncaster , hull if you don't mind driving for an hour.

Bill are included unless you hammer the bill then this will be changed after a review
