Female 2 bedroom house share

Hey! I am looking for a new housemate as my current housemate will be moving out in August.
It’s a lovely house, hence why I’d love to stay. The house is a new build on a friendly cul-de-sac, near to Harlow Carr and a 30 minute bus ride or 10 minute drive into town. There is also a drive in front of the house with space for 2 cars.
I am looking for another young professional or student (female) that is friendly, respectful and tidy.
I enjoy a night in but equally love a trip to the pub, I also go to the gym and love spending time in nature (I have a Harlow carr membership and can bring someone for free!).
This house is ideal for anyone working at Labcorp or Central house as it is only a 15 minute walk away.
This house is a council tax band C. After bills it is ~£800 pcm.
