Lovely garden and patio area at the back of the property.
Ample car parking. Recommended that the lodger is a car owner as the bus services from Bilbrough are quite limited - alternative to use the coast liner bus which is half a mile walk.
Ideally the lodger would be happy to water garden and house plants when the owner is away.
