A beautiful house very close to local amenities double room available for a professional female to rent.
15 minute walk from the centre of harrogate, the train station and there is a bus stop just outside.
Harrogate train station has regular trains to Leeds and York.
I have a cat so would need be someone who doesn't mind cats!
Someone who is not out clubbing til the early hours as I have a professional job and would not want to be kept up late.
The room is fully furnished with huge double wardrobe, drawers, single bed with pull-out to double, bedside table and full length mirror. You may wish to bring your own bed or bits and pieces to make it your own however.
There are 2 bathrooms so you would not need to share a bathroom. The house is very spacious so we would not be under each other's feet! Big living room and dining area and big kitchen.
There is a courtyard in the back with a shed.
Free on street parking just outside.
