Mon-Fri room available

The house is currently part way through renovation, hence why this is a Monday-Friday room as I need the weekends to carry on with the necessary DIY. The house is definitely in a liveable state (!) but there is ongoing work required. The lounge is finished other than a few small jobs so there is somewhere to be on an evening. Kitchen needs to be renewed but is serviceable as is. The kitchen/dining room are currently only bare concrete but will be refloored soon. The bedroom available has been recently decorated and there is a bed. It is a small room but there is wardrobe space and I can provide a set of drawers. Brand new central heating and hot water system so hot water is never short in supply.

I have 2 dogs (Labradors) so you would need to be dog friendly. I will take responsibility for all cleaning.

I am at home most evenings but usually working, I'm a teacher so never ending marking/planning!

I would prefer someone around my age.

All bills included other than food.
