All the figures below are based on a continuous booking / stay and subject to the following deposits. 25% non refundable deposit at the time of booking (this then comes off your weekly rent). Plus 24 hours before check in 1st 4 weeks if booking is over 4 weeks and £200 refundable cleaning / damage deposit.

28 nights continuous nights a £220 per week.

29 nights + continuous £210 per week. These are based on a single person.
