Located in Brandsby an area of Outstanding natural beauty, this small studio offers 2 stories with lounge/kitchen area, bathroom and upstairs bedroom. Parking is available as transport would be essential in this rural setting. Sat in the very private grounds of our family home, this quiet home offers tranquility and wellbeing. The village of Brandsby is 8 minutes from the nearest town of Easingwold and 20 minutes from York.
The kitchen comprises of sink, fridge freezer, hob, air fryer and toaster, there is also a washing machine.
The successful applicant will need to be a quiet non smoker who can assist us with 10 hours of holiday cottage change overs, house/dog sit the main house from time to time, hence the reduced rent and bills arrangement. Extra duties will be paid separately if agreed.
