Double Bedroom with seperate living room/office

A lovely double bedroom with large wardrobe, bedroom furniture and TV. A seperate living area which can be used as a lounge/office with a double setee, TV with Netflix and fridge. Use of the large kitchen with a kitchen unit provided for food stuffs. Laundry for bedding (spare bedding provided) and clothing provided once a week included. Bathroom is shared and there is a downstairs toilet. Live in landlord with four miniature dachshunds who are excitable at first, but very loving and caring. The house/accommodation is very clean and tidy and guest staying must be of similar standards.
