Just 20 minutes from York and 10 minutes from Selby...an excellent, well-appointed large detached house, with 2 ensuite 'weekly serviced' bedrooms available in a rural setting. Within easy reach of York, Leeds and Hull, we have ample off street parking. There is a large kitchen with breakfast area and utility room with washing facilities, shared Lounge and separate breakfast/dining room amenities. This is the family home of an outgoing, professional couple, who have two friendly cats. We have good experience of Spare Room clients and are very careful with guest privacy. We would consider Monday to Friday arrangement so please phone for reduced rates.
