There's a large open kitchen-dining-room with plenty of space to do your own thing.
Easy 20 minutes commute to York (10 miles) . Personal transport needed for commute due to semi-rural location. Off street parking or secure garage for cycle/motorcycle.

We're looking for a regular part-time arrangement which could be as little as a 3 nights per week arranged in advance, subject to availability as we also advertise on Airbnb.
Rent depends on the term - eg for a minimum of 3 nights it could be equivalent to £50 per night if you're able to commit to 4 nights (£170 per week) or even full time for £700 per month in advance - get in touch to discuss your requirements.
