Our house is a 3/4 bedroomed house in Camblesforth .A village on the selby /goole bus route. We are conveniently located close to the M62 /M18.
We are a couple with one grown up son living at home .I am a teacher .The accomodation has its own private sitting room with TV .There is a bathroom adjacent to the room and 3 other toilets in the house. The room is newly fitted out with top quality bed and other furnishings.
Our previous resident has just been made redundant from his job in the area after being with us over 3 years.
This accommodation is Monday to Friday ONLY and would suit a single (office worker or similar) professional working in the area returning home at weekends.
We have a large garden and grow our own produce and have a ladrador dog and some chickens.
We are very flexible and enjoy sharing our home !
