Good sized double room in nice house

I have a nice, good sized, furnished room in a quiet part of the village with a great view over gardens and hills. Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Large Fridge, bath, drench shower, I have
my daughter to stay every other weekend so I need a tenant that’s respectful of a 7 year old in the house when she’s here. Due to having a little girl in the house and because of previous experiences I would prefer a female occupant Thanks. N. B there is no internet or tv aerial in the house, a tennant would have to arrange their own. There is a dog in the house. Proffesionals only please, All bills included but this is based on sensible usage, i. e electricals not left on, windows not left open when heating on. I have been asked a few times about the house as a house share, this is not a house share, it is a room for rent with use of of the kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs lounge is my living area. I am not antisocial but i have had tennants who seemed to always want to be in the same room as me and make noise when im reading or watching a film, that is not what I am looking for in a tennant. I hope any prospective tennants understand.
