We are looking to rent out the top floor of my cottage which is currently let until January 2021. Its a project house so there is little bits of work going on (decorating) but nothing that would cause any inconvenience.

I have professional cleaners who attend fortnightly to clean all communal areas. Bedrooms can be cleaned fortnightly for a small, extra charge.
