Hello, I'm Terry,Nice quiet house,good area

Its a 3 bed converted bungalow, own ground floor room and bathroom. Central heating etc. I tend to work away a lot so not very often here. Good neighbours though and I have a cleaning lady who comes in every 3 weeks, and does bedding etc. Its very clean an tidy, an I would like the same from you. I have no objection to friends staying over, as I occasionaly have friends and family over for weekend. I get on very well with people, an will provide references to you. Thanks for looking
