Double room, en-suite bathroom and sitting room !

My characterful house is set in the beautiful riverside village of Naburn . The house, an old farm, is located between the village pub and the church. Naburn is close to the Designer Centre, where there is a convenient Park and Ride in to York. Naburn is also close to Heslington village - so this house would be perfect for a country loving university student ! Ideally, the person I am looking for someone who would stay during term time - or a Monday to Friday lodger . I would be happy for payments to be only the time they are with me - or not holidays. The house is a gorgeous, cosy place - with a wonderful garden and patio garden, perfect for sunny breakfasts and evening glasses of wine ! The large bedroom comes with an r suite bathroom, own sitting room and balcony.
