Living in a Quiet Area. En-suite.

The accommodation is a 20 minute bus ride from York St John university. And 30 mins to the City Centre. The bus stop is only a 3 minute walk away. It is quiet and closed off. I am living with 5 other flatmates, all friendly and keep the shared area clean. There is two bedrooms downstairs and 4 upstairs, to which I am. It is en-suite and the landlord is reliable I have had no issues. There is two third year students and the other 3 have just left and started jobs, they are all lovely and a speak to them all. I am happy to do viewings for you to see the area and accommodation. All bills are including as well as council tax. You also have a broadband set up for you. There living room and kitchen have both TVs and there is lots of storage for your appliances.
