Small Single room In Scarborough

Small single room very clean with tv/wi-fi.. available mon to fri on a room only basis within my relatively quiet home. Working respectful people only please.. 4 miles from town centre.. would suit
someone working away from home during the week short term.. contractors etc non smokers only unless u want to smoke outside 🙂 use of kitchen not a problem.. the bathroom has a walk in shower/wet room that's been adapted for a person living within the home with a disability.. use of garden with patio and there's parking available on a shared drive with good neighbours.. professionals preferred, no couples thanks 🙂 long term let a possibility for the right applicant..
