Lovely room in rural but convenient location

Spacious ensuite room (furnished) available late January in a quiet former farmhouse near Pocklington and Market Weighton. The room is south-facing and looks out onto fields. There is a large kitchen (shared) and a substantial garden.
The room is well-equipped with fitted wardrobes in addition to a king-sized bed and good quality mattress, desk, chair, bedside tables, shower room, etc. The house has double-glazing and gas central heating.
The accommodation is suitable for a single adult. There is good broadband and phone signal. Utility bills are included in the monthly rental.
York, Hull and Beverley are all within easy reach, but the nearest bus-stop is almost 2 miles away so a car is essential.
The house-owners are a friendly, semi-retired professional couple. (Please note that we keep horses so if you are allergic to them, the accommodation will not suit you.)
