The room is well-equipped with fitted cupboards in addition to a king-sized bed and good quality mattress, desk, chair, bedside tables, etc. The house is 18th century and very attractive, with double-glazing - though it can be cold in winter!
York, Hull and Beverley are all within easy reach, but the nearest public transport is almost 2 miles away so you should have your own car (there is off-street parking).
The accommodation is suitable for a single adult. There is good broadband and phone signal.
The house-owners are a friendly, semi-retired professional couple. (Please note that we keep horses so if you are allergic to them, the accommodation will not suit you.)
