-Bills: Owner will cover cost of the Broadband, TV license and Council Tax. However, Lodgers should share the electricy, central gas heating and water bills with parties that reside in the house at the time of paying bills, which stands for approximately £55 per bedroom at the moment.

House currently works as Air Bnb. It should become available from July/August/September time for a long term rental depending on interest and if both bedrooms vacancies will be filled.
