Double room to rent

I have a double room to rent out in my 3 bedroom house. Drive, garden, garage, home gym, separate living room and dining room, conservatory and large kitchen. It is a detached property so quiet and in a nice area. I do have 2 well behaved dogs (beagles) so you will need to be a dog lover. I will be working away for 50% of the time (a pattern of 4 days at home then 4 days away etc.) so you would have the house to yourself for half the time, the dogs would stay at home whilst I’m away but I do have a dog walker so they wouldn’t become your responsibility. Close to the town and beach.
