Room available in professional home

We are looking for 1 professional to join us in our home.
We will be away for an extended period of time so they will be sharing the house with our lovely current lodgers, Jim, Dave and Lauren. We have lived with them for 1-5 months and are great, easy going, very clean and tidy.

There is a shared sitting room with an open fire, a large kitchen, a large garden and a well equipped gym. There are two bathrooms and two additional loos.

The village is well positioned between York and Malton. There are no public transport options in the village, although there are some in Sheriff Hutton. However we would advise lodgers to have their own vehicle.
