Single room in Guisborough

Hi,
Suitable for a contractor, preferably Mon - Fri but I don't mind the occasional weekend.

The house is situated right below the Guisborough woods which lead to the North York Moors in a quiet cul-de-sac. It's a 3 bed property with a small garden to the front and on-street parking. To the back is a medium sized garden/patio facing Guisborough woods.
There's a path (old railway track) at the back of the house leading to restaurants and all major supermarkets which can be reached within 10 - 15 minutes. Saltburn and Redcar can be reached by car within 15 - 20 mins and Middlesbrough 25 mins.
