Double bedroom in large 3 bed flat (female)

We have a double bedroom available in our spacious 3 bedroom flat, in the lovely Harlow Hill area of Harrogate. The room is unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe. The flat is technically unfurnished, but we do have some furniture.
The flat feels more like a house as its very spacious and the rooms are on different levels. It consists of a large shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and spare toilet and is about a 20 minute walk to the town centre.
There are local shops near the flat as well as a bus stop and a post box on the door step!

You’d be living with 2 females in their twenties who are both very friendly and respectful.

Bills are not included. Bills include gas and electric, council tax, water, WiFi, and TV licence and equate to roughly £130 a month in total.
