Double Room Near Hospital

Available from October 2019 I have a large furnished double room to rent with plenty of storage. The room is light and airy and is part of a family home. There is a separate lodgers lounge with Sky and access to the rear garden. My adult son lives here with our two cats, as well as another lodger. I am home periodically. We share a large kitchen and bathroom, the house has two separate toilets. The rent on this room includes all bills, Sky TV and broadband. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Viewing of the room will need to be by appointment. References, proof of employment, previous address and sight of passport are required We would want someone to share with us who cleans up after themselves and respects what is a much loved home. Will take short term stays. Viewing 28th, 29th & 30th September 2019 by appointment.
