Bedroom 1 Single Occupancy ONLY.(£700 pcm) A very spacious room overlooking my front driveway. Presently furnished with king size bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, fitted spacious wardrobe. There is space for a small desk / workstation, or a dressing table.
Bedroom 2 Single Occupancy ONLY. (already occupied) A spacious room overlooking my rear garden. Presently furnished with double bed, beside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe. There is space for a small desk / workstation, or a dressing table.
Bedroom 3 Single Occupancy ONLY. (already occupied) a good size room overlooking my rear garden. Presently furnished with single bed (although will fit a double), beside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe. There is space for a small desk / workstation, or a dressing table.
All rooms have a lovely bright and sunny aspect.
Shared areas include:
Modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and combination microwave.

Situated to the north of the town centre, the property is just 5 minutes walk from the bus stop on Ripon Road (36 route and others) and 15 minutes walk from the town centre.
My home is pet-free and is situated 5 minutes from two local mini-supermarkets and other shops, cand in the north west side of Harrogate, near the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.
There is some parking on the front driveway and there is plenty of free on street parking in front of the house.
It is important that a new lodger 'fits' with the existing household, and you would meet everyone first of all, before proper consideration. I would rather have an empty home than have inappropriate people.
