Double room in Starbeck, Harrogate

My current lodger has just given his notice. So I am looking for another lodger for my house in Starbeck from the New Year (or sooner if you don’t mind having my room over Christmas when I am away). The house is between Harrogate and Knaresborough and within walking distance of the Nidd Gorge river and nature reserve.
It is a lovely peaceful, sunny home - 5 minutes walk from the train station which goes to York and Leeds in 30 minutes. There is a regular bus service into Harrogate, which takes 15 minutes, (past the hospital which is 20 minutes walk).
I am an artist and film-maker who usually lives half the time in London - so you would have the place to yourself quite a lot of the time.
My current lodger is 24 and we get on fine, though don’t hang out much. Other lodgers have varied enormously. I love my garden and one lodger helped me build a wildlife pond. He also worked from his bedroom during lockdown, which has a desk and office chair.
Under normal circumstances, when I am here, I am pretty quiet and don't go out much except the occasional gig as I am very into music and the cinema. I am a keen fell walker and have trekked all over the world (Andes, Himalayas etc). I've also lived abroad. Politically I am a leftie. I read the Guardian and listen to a lot of radio 4 and 6 Music. My ideal house mate would care about the environment and what is going on in the world; be considerate and well organised. You would probably be a graduate or similar - Happy to have male or female, gay or straight and any nationality.
