The house is very central, just 5 minutes walk from both the bus and rail station and major supermarket and just 2 to 3 minutes walk into the town centre.

This lovely shared house has a new modern kitchen, the living room is smart and comfortable with wide screen TV.

As landlords we are careful who we choose as tenants to ensure a good mix in the house and people who are respectful of each other.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and is cleaned regularly as part of the all inclusive bills
