Double room in new build.

Hi, I have just moved up from London to a new build in Harrogate. I have a spare double room, it isn’t en suite but has use of main bathroom, which would be rarely used by anyone else. There is off road parking to the front and garden at rear. I have only just moved in, sorting flooring and furniture so room won’t be available until late August. Looking to share with similar age professional who I can get on with rather than just cohabit.
