Homely young professionals shared house

This is a lovely homely house in Harrogate city centre.

There is a great kitchen/lounge area making cooking and eating together sociable. The kitchen is well equip with a range cooker and America’s fridge freezers.

The lounge area has a large corner sofa and 50” TV with Virgin package.

There are 2 modern bathrooms, a lovely back yard that’s perfect for summer BBQ’s and easy parking at the front and back of the house with no permits required.

Room 2 is a lovely bright first floor room with loads of natural light.

We have a cleaner every two weeks to keep the home really clean and tidy. Everyone in the house will be like-minded, friendly, tidy, and a full time working professional.

All Council Tax, Bills, TV Licence, TV package, Broadband, Cleaner etc are included within the monthly rent.

The rooms are for Young full time Working Professionals (20-33), not students, couples, LHA or anyone who loves a frequent house party.

We don’t charge any fees. We are private landlords so there are no agency fees etc.

We like to provide a relaxed, tidy & comfortable living environment, where housemates can rest at the end of a hard days work, along with other great housemates 😄
