Double bedroom to rent

The rental is initially for a short term let, but for the right candidate, I am willing to do a longer let. I have a double room to rent, with fitted wardrobes. The house has been refurbished to a high standard. There is an upstairs bathroom, and downstairs shower room, both are shared. I am a friendly guy. I work Monday to Friday, in the construction industry. This house is not a party house, as I have my young daughters stay on a Friday and Saturday. The house has plenty of space, if you are someone who likes there own space. There is a large garden, which is perfect for a summer BBQ, and a drink in the evening sun.

Broadband and TV is inlcuded, Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is included, and there will be space in the fridge and freezer, there is also cupboard space available. On nights where I am around, I would be happy to share evening meals.

I live 5 minutes walk from the local train station, which has trains to Leeds, Harrogate and York. I also live on the 36 bus route, so regular buses to Leeds, Harrogate and Ripon. There is also a parade of shops within walking distance, and also a working mens club, and snooker hall just down the road.
