Double room available for rent

I have 1 double room available for rent in a 3 bed house. I and my partner share the other double room and there’s is a single spare room/study which will remain unoccupied.

Location:
The house is next to the stray at the top of Knaresborough road, just a short walk from Harrogate town centre.

Living space:
The house has a good sized living room and separate kitchen diner for use, as well as a garden area to the rear. The bathroom includes a bath/shower as seen in the pictures provided

Included in your rent are all bills, sky broadband & Tv (including sports) and a furnished room with a double bed and a wired wall mount to connect to a tv.
