Double room available to rent

I have a spare room in my house (furnished, good sized double bedroom with lots of storage space).

The house has been recently renovated, has off road parking, a sunny garden, a large open plan kitchen with separate sitting room and a large lockable shed.

A bit about me, I like to spend my time cycling, running, playing squash, going to the pub and watching Netflix. I currently work in Carlisle, as a result I often spend a few nights a week in the north west between shifts, you will often have the house to yourself!
