The studio occupies the lower ground floor of my Victorian house close to the town centre in Harrogate and benefits from its own private entrance accessed via the garden. It is spacious accommodation for a single person consisting of a large bed/sitting room, a separate bathroom and new fully fitted dining kitchen. There is also an internal hallway, with all of the rooms leading off, as well as a large walk-in wardrobe at one end of the hallway and an open under stairs area with a large chest of drawers at the other.

The studio is fully furnished with high quality, attractive furniture and has been completely re-decorated and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is being replaced and will be fully fitted by the agreed move in date.

The studio is fully self-contained so our paths won’t cross too frequently but a friendly chat when we meet in the garden would be lovely.

The studio is fantastically located on a quiet, tree lined street just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre with access to transport links, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, cinemas and entertainment. There is a large supermarket within a very short walk from the property and the Stray and beautiful Valley Gardens are no more than a 15 minute stroll through town. A little further afield is RHS Harlow Carr (10 minutes by car), Fountains Abbey UNESCO World Heritage Site and National Trust Brimham Rocks (both 20 minutes by car) while the stunning Yorkshire Dales begin just a few miles from the edge of town.

Parking is on street and a Residents Permit is available from the Council for about £30 per year.

About me: I’m very easy going and looking for someone similar who is reasonably quiet, easy to get along with and considerate as it just makes life so much nicer. I have two friendly cats and an adorable small dog who may occasionally want to pop by for a cuddle if your front door is open!
