Gorgeous antique filled flat near the stray

I am leaving my beautiful flat to work down south, there is a lodger who will remain and I am looking for someone to take the spare room. It is a big lovely airy two bed apartment, with one bathroom near the stray. I am an antique valuer so it is full of gorgeous things, the flat is furnished and a lot of the art and books will be staying. The existing flatmate is a lovely, fun 22 year old professional. Looking for someone clean, tidy and organised who can look after the flat and would like to live amongst art with another flatmate. Please let me know if interested and we can have a chat!
