It’s a 3 bedroom shared house. I am looking for a lady lodger for one double room. It is a lovely peaceful home. shared kitchen, lounge and one toilet upstairs. Another toilet just outside the kitchen. Big garden at the back and garden in front as well. It’s £550/month rent for the double room. The bills are all included to the rent. Need one month advance and one month deposit. When move in. Close to Lidl and Tesco. It’s 12 minutes walk from Starbeck Train Station. There is a regular bus service into Harrogate town, which takes 15 minutes, and 17 minutes walk from the house to Harrogate District Hospital.
