This is a light double bedroom at the front of the house. It has a large build in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and under bed storage. The double bed has a brand new mattress and bedding will be provided if required The bedroom is opposite the bathroom which offers both bath and shower facilities. Hot water and central heating are provided by a combi boiler. The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped and has a large, south facing window overlooking the garden area. The living room is fully furnished including a 42 inch TV. The living area opens into a warm and relaxing conservatory providing access to the garden. There are garden chairs on the patio and sun loungers in the shed. The garden is south facing keeping the sun on it until well into the evening. The garden is maintained by myself in addition to the weekly house cleaning duties excluding the rented room. Coppice Way is a quiet residential area about one mile from town and 5 minutes walking distance from bus stops. Additionally, it benefits from its close proximity (5 mins walk) to Harrogate Hydro and Brimhams gym with its excellent facilities and range of classes.
I am a freelance educationalist, sometimes working from home using my upstairs office at the back of the house. The property has a converted garage downstairs which my partner and I use as our bedroom.
